The symposium will explore something little known: the relationships that Picasso -who was Catalan-speaker, poet, friend and reader of Catalan poets - had with Catalan poetry. This exploration will be accompanied by the poetic link with Eluard, to focus on a second point, also barely dealt with, of Picasso the writer and will count on the participation of researchers from different disciplines in order to open up new fields of research in the studies of Picasso.
