This is the collective body of the Municipal executive government. It is made up of the Mayor, the Deputy Mayors and those councillors nominated by the Mayor, with the Municipal Council being informed of these nominations. It exercises those functions expressly stated by the Municipal Charter, and those delegated to it by the Mayor.
