This Board is formed by the Spokesperson Councillors of the Municipal Groups. It meets under the chair of the Mayor, or of the Deputy Mayor to which the Mayor delegates this function. Each Municipal Group may also designate a Deputy Spokesperson. The resolutions of the Spokespersons Board shall be adopted by weighted vote. Each Spokesperson has a number of votes equal to the number of City Councillors of the Municipal Group which he or she represents. In the case of a tie, the Chair will have the casting vote. The Spokespersons Board shall consider all the matters dealt with in the City Council Commissions that are to be submitted to the approval of the City Council, and it shall also be informed of the matters that are the prerogative of the Government Commission by delegation of the City Council.
