  • Published on the occasion of the exhibition from the Musées du Mans shown at the Museu Picasso in Barcelona, this book shows the work of one of the most unknown and unique cubist painters in the 20th century. The 180 works reproduced show the figure of Roger de La Fresnaye, whose painting is characterised by the original combination of the avant-garde and pictorial tradition and by the personal mark he was able to give his incursions into Cubism.

  • This work was published for the large monographic exhibition at the Georges Pompidou Centre in Paris dedicated to the French painter Jean Hélion and which later came to the Museu Picasso in Barcelona. An unquestionably key figure among 20th century artistic vanguards, Hélion evolved - surprisingly for many of his contemporaries - from radical abstraction to a return to the essence of the figurative, which has unjustly relegated him to oblivion for a long time.

  • Exhibition catalogue marking the first ever presentation in Spain of the collection of work by different artists that Picasso himself owned. Among pieces that he enjoyed for his whole life, we find paintings by Matisse, Renoir, Braque, Rousseau, Derain, Miró or Cézanne, all reproduced fully in the catalogue. The book also contains pictures of works of art from Africa and Oceania that Picasso collected over the years as well as various photographs where we can see exactly how the works in the collection were displayed in his houses or his art studios. The articles are translations from the original French version of the catalogue that accompanied the exhibition entitled «Picasso collectionneur» (Musée Picasso, Paris, 27th June - 17th September 1999). Even though there has been no revision or updating of that text, some vital corrections have been introduced and some recently discovered facts have also been included.

  • Catalogue of the first retrospective exhibition of the artist Kees Van Dongen in Spain. Structured by four groups of images, the catalogue revises the path of the Dutch artist, highlighting his relation with Picasso and with Fernande, sentimental partner of Picasso and model of Van Dongen. It also recovers Francesc Fontbona's article in which there is analyzed the repercussion that the Van Dongen exhibition in 1915 in the Galleries Dalmau of Barcelona had in the press and intellectual of the moment
